If you’ve seen my resume or checked out my LinkedIn profile you may notice that I have worked in a lot of different areas. But what may not be obvious is how every one of my jobs involved creating authentic connections in many, many different ways to produce successful marketing results. There is something special about helping a member in your target audience find you, and feel an emotional connection with the same thing you are passionate about.
Fesyk Marketing has been in business since 2014 but it wasn’t until 2019 that I felt truly confident in the work that we were doing to help small businesses be more successful in connecting with their customers and increasing revenue. The stats have been there all along, proving that the work we do makes a difference, but I didn’t feel in my heart that we were delivering the best we could for our clients. We stood, unconfidently, behind titles like digital marketing experts, event and hospitality specialists. None of these titles did justice to articulate exactly how we help our clients achieve more success in their marketing. Really, I just wanted to shout “WE BUILD STRONG, LASTING RELATIONSHIPS!”.
In 2019 we started to see things a little more clearly and our business model began to change. We got crystal clear on our core strengths and the value we deliver. We confidently claimed the title: we are relationship building experts. We whole-heartedly stand by relationship marketing as the best form of marketing. When relationship marketing is done correctly, small business owners never have to worry about running out of customers. Connection and trust go hand-in-hand with customer loyalty and strong referrals. This lights me up! I love to help people feel more connected in their communities. I feel like I am giving my very best to the world when I can help a small business owner create a presence and build a community where everyone feels fulfilled because they are connected.
