Key Deliverables for Marketing Coordinator 

  • Produce exceptional digital marketing content.
  • Handle client content administration effectively.
  • Assist in marketing planning and administrative tasks.

More Details about the Job:

Create outstanding digital marketing content 

  • Take client generated content, edit and optimize it for readability and SEO
  • Create stunning graphics, stellar descriptions and optimized hashtags for social media content
  •  Compile content and send newsletters in MailChimp
  • Repurpose content to maximize impact
  • Manage the backend of YouTube to optimize video content for the platform
  • Work in WordPress to create blog content. 
  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns

Coordinate client deliverables 

  • Coordinate editorial content calendars and ensure client contentdeadlines are met. 
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that timely content is delivered and managed. 
  • Regularly review Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to  ensure that client content is published accurately. 
  • Manage Asana or other project management software

Administration 

  • Note taking at important meetings 
  • Organizing documents
  • Organizing deliverables in Google Drive
  • Supporting administrative work during marketing planning
