- Ask your friends and family to engage with your content. You have a community of people right next to you who are ready to support your business. Have them share your social posts to their pages, comment on your blog posts, and send links to others who might enjoy your content.
- Share your content on your personal platforms. A key strategy we use for our clients who are trying to grow their following on their Facebook business page is this: post on your business page and share the post to your personal page. This way, you’ll bring your loyal fans to your biz page!
- Cross promotion can be huge. Reach out to people in your networking group, or ask people with the same target audience (who aren’t competitors) to share your content. If you’re not sure who these people are, shut your computer and make a physical list of people in the industry who share your target audience. Don’t know who your target audience is? - Engage with other content creators. Use niche keywords to search for what your audience wants to know, and comment on other social posts, blogs and YouTube videos.
